The breakfast was good. The bed was comfortable and clean. There was air conditioning. Even though it’s close to the street, the rooms are quiet and it’s easy to get around. The rooms with balconies were really nice — sitting outside was relaxing.

The cleanliness could’ve been better, especially in the bathroom. Some guests were talking and shouting at 3 a.m. (We can’t really blame the hotel for that.) The pool could’ve been a bit cleaner.

Room was exactly as pictured - new and modern. Staff were so accommodating and friendly. Accommodation was extremely quiet even though it was in a busy area (was like an oasis). Gardens were beautiful. Exceptional value for money and the breakfast was great

We stayed at Santi and everything was truly perfect! The staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and always smiling. Our room was cleaned every day, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious. The place is surrounded by greenery, with a beautiful pool where we even swam in the rain – unforgettable! 🌿💦 They also helped us rent a motorbike, which made our trip much easier. We originally planned to stay 3 nights but loved it so much that we extended our stay. If I come back to Canggu, I would definitely stay here again. Thank you so much for everything ❤️

Very nice peoples

Location was good

The water provided in the room tasted like chemicals. Had to go to the emergency medical centre. The doctor said the water bottle smelled like camphor toilet balls. Had to induce vomiting and get rehydration medication which cost extra. Very unhappy about this
