"Ein Highlight auf dem Goldsteig."

So stelle ich mir ein Hotel vor. Das Zimmer und das Bad geräumig, gut eingerichtet und mit freundlichem Personal. Das Essen im Restaurant war sehr gut, der Service sehr aufmerksam und auch beim Frühstück hat es an nichts gefehlt. Alles äußerst empfehlenswert.

Het eten was prima

Inflexibel personeel die weigert om te kijken of er een kamer kan worden omgeruild en hiervan booking.com de schuld geeft dat het niet kan. Er wordt geen kamer sleutel gegeven voordat iedereen zich heeft ingeschreven bij 35 graden terwijl met creditcard alles gedekt is. Ook een glas kraanwater bij een bestelde rode wijn wordt doorbelast voor €1,70.
