Apartman LUCIJA 2

- Contact très agréable avec la propriétaire qui était là pour nous accueillir. Communication très facile par la suite, avec elle, par WhatsApp - Parking aisé de la voiture, sur des places au pied de l'immeuble - Appartement spacieux pour 4 personnes et bien équipé (il ne manque rien !) - Matériel et mobilier qui ne sont pas de toute première jeunesse mais de qualité et fonctionnels - Très bonne literie - Climatisation dans la pièce principale - Situation à proximité immédiate du centre de Rovinj et des supermarchés (possible de tout faire à pied mais conseillé en voiture)

- Rideau de douche pas très confortable dans la salle de bain - Ballon d'eau chaude un peu léger pour 4 personnes - Fil d'étendage aux fenêtres un peu périlleux lorsqu'on n'a pas l'habitude ! - Appartement au deuxième étage sans ascenseur (peut être problématique si on est chargé ou à mobilité reduite)

The apartment was spacious with a mix of older and newer decor. Liked the private terrace and washing machine for our four-night stay. Lucia was very nice and helpful.

The location was a bit further away from old town Rovinj than expected but luckily we had a car and it was easy to get out of town for day trips.

Nice place to stay at. Excellent location.

Amazing cozy apartment in Rovinj. Kitchen equipment is perfect, nice details everywhere, you can spend nice time on the balcony, its really quite there. Big thanks for Lucija for her hospitality and help!
