La camera era grande e comoda per 4 persone, pulita e attrezzata. Nel frigo-bar c'era l'acqua fresca che è stata molto apprezzata, ascensore comodo e la struttura, anche se in centro, era molto silenziosa. Ottima la posizione, praticamente in centro a 2 passi dalla chiesa di Sant'Andrea e piazza delle Erbe.
