Finca Son Palou

Wir haben gerade einen wunderschönen Urlaub in der Finca Son Palou verbracht. Die Finca ist ein absoluter Traum. Orient ist ein sehr schöner kleiner Ort mitten in den Bergen. Die Finca liegt hoch oben auf einem Berg und auf einem riesigen Gelände. Unser Zimmer mit Terrasse war sehr schön, das Essen sehr lecker, der Pool sehr schön und perfekt gelegen. Aber am meisten haben uns die Menschen beeindruckt, die auf der Finca arbeiten. ALLE Mitarbeiter sind hoch professionell und sehr herzlich. Der Service beim Frühstück war ausgezeichnet und sehr persönlich! Auch das house keeping war perfekt. Tagsüber und am Abend beim Dinner wurden wir betreut von Laura und Thomas, die wir ausdrücklich erwähnen möchten. Alleine wegen Laura und Thomas werden wir bald wieder zurück kommen, sie haben mit ihrer herzlichen und persönlichen Art dafür gesorgt, dass wir uns auf der Finca zu Hause fühlen. Beide werden uns in sehr guter Erinnerung bleiben. Ein herzliches Dankeschön an alle Mitarbeiter von Son Palou und an Marc, den freundlichen Manager des Hotels!

Stunning location and beautifully appointed Finca. A lovely chilled couple of nights. Mark was a great host and made us very welcome. Loved the pool & managed a swim, it was very cool though. Lovely walks in the surrounding area. I think we were unlucky with the one dinner we ate at the Finca as others we spoke to said the following night was far better. The night we ate we had the set meal (€39) and we were 45 minutes before our starter (ceviche) arrived & it was nothing special, the risotto (another long wait) was quite nice but our lamb cutlets were undercooked (I like them pink but these were so undercooked) and not particularly tasty. Desert was only ok. Charges for water were excessive both in the restaurant and room & no complementary water is provided in the bedroom (poor). Cheaper water options should also be available with larger bottles rather than the 0.5 litres available for purchase. Note that there are no shops in the village so bring water with you! Breakfast was nice.

Incredible experience! What a great time. I regret not booking more than one night at this location. Very beautiful setting and the staff was all very sweet and helpful. Planning another trip here already. Maybe even a wedding! Thank you for the memories!

A perfect Finca. Beautiful views. Comfortable bed in a lovely spacious room. Breakfast and Dinner delicious. Sadly we didn’t enjoy good weather so unable to sample the pool and gardens!

Es ist ein sehr ruhiger Ort, sehr schön gelegen aber auch etwas abgelegen. Sehr empfehlenswert, wenn man Ruhe sucht, oder Sport macht (wandern, Rad fahren). Der nächste Ort ist nur über eine kurvenreiche schmale Strasse erreichbar. Das Hotel ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, das Personal sehr nett, insgesamt aber etwas unpersönlich und steif. Das Essen ist vorzüglich, sehr schön angerichtet, für hungrige Wanderer etwas wenig.

Amazing hotel. Very quiet. Made for a super relaxing stay. Service was excellent and staff very attentive. Restaurant was deliscious
