The room has a damp smell and was only a queen size bed. We had booked a king studio but front desk staff upgraded us to an apartment - which we didn't need - and the bed was smaller.

Great location, great comfy good size bed - clean.

That there were no onsite washing facilities available

Well located on Southbank. Close to train station as transport option from airport. Large rooms. Clean facilities. Enjoyed breakfast. Close to lots of restaurants and cultural things to see. Also great walking tracks along the river. Ask for a higher level room for lovely city view. Lights beautiful at night. I would choose again.

On a busy street but not really an issue. Room was quiet at night.

Location It was close to the function we had to attend. The unit was spacious enough for 4 people, clean enough, front staff were friendly.

The parking situation $50 for valet per car, so expensive if there a multiple cars. You can park at the convention centre for $35. The add said it had 3 beds, 1 of these being a pull out couch and can sleep upto 5 adults. When we got there, no pull out couch just a 2 seater. I called reception and advised of what was advertised and she said "They don't have pull out couches. I said well you should change the add. I asked for a roll away bed, and she said sure, that will be an extra $50. Ridiculous. My advised, take an extra suitcase and put in a blow up mattress. Certainly not worth $620 a night plus parking. A vending machine would help if you arrive home early in the morning

The accommodation was very Central and close to local Rail stations. The rooms were massive and exceptionally quiet.
