We booked a 2 bedroom apartment which was lovely with an amazing view. Great location and within walking distance to the Gabba, casino and right in the heart of South Bank. Unfortunately, due to the amount of rain the 2nd bedroom window was leaking which quickly turned into wet carpet despite putting down towels. Alessandra was amazing helping us move to another apartment very quickly, which wasn't as nice as the one we had, but still good. Given it was Magic Round we were lucky there was another 2 bedroom apartment available, as they were almost booked out. Alessandra helped us move our bags and the manager then offered us free valet parking for the 2 days we were there. Alessandra also arranged a later checkout for us. 10/10 to the staff. Breakfast was lovely and included with our booking, with a choice to choose from a menu, although on the 2nd morning it turned up almost cold.

A cold breakfast on Saturday morning, but it was still nice. We didn't realise when we booked it was Magic Round, so we had to pay alot for the accommodation, but it's normally not that expensive.

Pool breakfast and reception staff excellent

Room was very bare no paintings or beauty - looked tired

Close proximity to BCC.

Iron and ironing board weren’t great. Receptionist when I arrived was very abrupt and not helpful, receptionist when I left in morning couldn’t have been nicer.
