"Tolle Unterkunft auch für längeren Aufenthalt"

Sehr schönes Zimmer, Wir hatten ein Upgrade bei der Ankunft erhalten, mit Balkon! Schönes Bad mit offener Dusche, Toller Blick direkt aus dem Bett. Sauna ist sehr schön und geräumig. Pool innen und außen top!

Frühstück wurde extra angeboten für 30€, finde ich etwas teuer

Outdoor pool.

The room types of the hotel are named in a confusing way and the bed configuration is not clearly defined. I booked a family room with 1 double bed and 1 twin bed and contacted the hotel in advance to confirm this, but was given a completely different setup (two double beds). The naming allows flexibility for the hotel rather than clarity for guests. Response of the staff was more disappointing, they refused to provide the room I booked or offer a reasonable solution. These “family-style” rooms are located in a separate building, which is not comparable to the main 4-star hotel. It feels more like an Airbnb-style accommodation, with older furniture and a noticeably lower standard. Basic amenities such as bathrobes and slippers are not provided in these rooms. The hotel is right next to a railway and the noise starts early in the morning.
