Drury Plaza Hotel St. Louis Chesterfield

After spending countless weekends in hotels for my son's travel baseball tournaments, I can honestly say this was hands down the best hotel we've stayed at in all our years of travel ball. We were completely spoiled! The housekeeping staff deserves special recognition. They were prompt, incredibly accommodating, and our room was spotless every single day. They never missed a detail, always greeted us with a smile, and were genuinely kind and respectful every time we crossed paths. The front desk and entire hotel staff were just as wonderful—friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. It's clear that customer service is a priority here. The hotel itself was exceptionally clean, from the rooms to the lobby to the pool area. Everything was well-maintained and made our stay feel comfortable and relaxing. The complimentary breakfast was consistently excellent each morning, and the endless popcorn, evening food, and complimentary drinks were such a fun bonus after long days at the ballpark. Those little touches made a huge difference for our family. This hotel truly exceeded every expectation. It was the perfect place to wrap up my son's baseball season, and we'll absolutely look for Drury whenever we travel in the future. Thank you for making our stay such a memorable one!

Always choose Drury when I have doctors appointments in STL. They have so much to offer and it’s comfortable there.

I wish I had known that a lot of events were going on. It seemed to be very packed at the hotel. Would love to of had more quiet pool time.

Very nice hotel with great amenities

Drury Hotels have the best deal for your money and they have a rewards plan also. They say kickback, it is a full dinner. Something for everyone. And breakfast is the same. Lots of choices and all yummy. The rooms are great, beds are comfy. You need a special request they do their very best at helping you. Everyone is so friendly you can't help but not love the Drury.

Everyth!ing about our stay was excellent...the staff were so friendly and helpful. The food was so good and well set up. We had two children ages 5 and 10 and staff was very helpful with them.

Hotel look’s tiered and not as clean as it used to be.Sone of the staff not very helpful and friendly as they used to be at this hotel .Some of the staff are lovely.The hotel is not busy and asked if we could stay till 1 pm as other Drury hotels do that .And was told no 12 .Disappointing unhelpful
