Royal Caribbean Resort

Phenomenal staff, great accomodations and the best beach that we have stayed on! We traveled with 15 family members and a toddler. The staff were extremly helpful with everything that we asked. Danna at the front desk was fantastic and accomodating. The villas were well equiped and gave all of us the privacy that we needed to enjoy our stay. My favorite place was drinking a frozen drink in a lounger, under a palapa, with a good book and the surf. It doent get any better than that. Lee in reservations made the whole thing work by coordinating our arrival dates and helping us extend our stay when we needed it. I would give 6 stars if possible!

We had bed bugs in the bed and then they came back saying it was ants which isn’t much better but from experience they were definitely bed bugs. Bad customer service for 600$ for 2 nights

This was not the worst place I have ever stayed, however the picture do not reflect the true resort. We stayed at this resort from March 24th to March 31st 2024. The resort was somewhat run down from the pictures. We wish we had more amenities and cleanliness. If you are looking for a low budget, not many frills pick this place, otherwise spend the extra 1500 dollars and stay at Ramon’s Village.

Awesome view of the ocean from very cabin. Great service from the front office which helped book our flight from Belize city on Tropic Air to keeping our room clean. If you want it house keeping will clean your cabana every day. Pool was great especially after being in the sun all day.

Many cabanas and many guests but there is room for all of us to feel secluded and/or neighborly. Perfect ocean breezes, shade and sun, and a delightful pool. Even the iguanas are hospitable and inconspicuous. Wonderful staff and management working hard to optimize guest experience. Special thanks to Miss Danna.

Room furniture is dated in most units. Kitchenettes could be upgraded and have more plates & cutlery.

Sweet, cozy enclave tucked back off the main road with beachfront access. Feel welcomed into a secret garden when you enter through the picket fence gate. The cottages are cheerful and well-appointed...clean and nicely attended by the staff. Bar restaurants on the property offered a full menu all day. The pool was inviting with lots of chaise lounges and hammocks nearby. Given this was our first time to Belize, my husband and I were "at home" with the service and casual style here. Highly recommend this lovely hideaway!

The location is so beautiful, and the pool is great, with views of the ocean. The air conditioner in our room was a brand new heat pump, which we loved.

I would've preferred if the house keeping staff came in to clean our bathroom more often. We were staying for over a week, so it was quite dirty.

Location, size and comfort of rooms, beachfront pool, chicken wings.

Needs cushions on all chairs, needs to finish the beach, needs more access to cold drinking water.

Cabanas clean and bright. The entire property is beautiful with a view of the sea.
