"Don’t waste your money here."

The only thing I liked was how much my kids loved their pool.

The staff was extremely rude. They put us in a room actively under construction. I’ll attach photos for reference. I went to the front office to have our room moved. I was told they couldn’t move us. I finally spoke to a manager and it took me making a scene to get moved. The bunk bed was broken they wanted my kids to sleep on. There was a hole in the wall behind the bunk bed. Clothes that a previous guest had left still behind the broken bed. No bathroom mirror. No bathroom light.

Location

Their hvac system was not functioning properly. Most of the rooms were unbearably hot and they were not very accommodating to fix the issues
