Room was comfortable. Breakfast was lacking. Room smelled like smoke. Staff was nice. Bathrooms were marked Out of Order in lobby.

Juice machine was out of order. Apples was only fruit. The rio. Smelled like smoke and caused my asthma to flare up. AC was cold.

Friendly staff, elevator because I'm getting old & my suitcase is always heavier than it should be, & most of all very clean.

My only complaint is the key card had to be reset every day of our 3 day stay

Front desk staff very helpful. Breakfast not kept up with very well.

Everything was great. The staff was amazing.

Door needed to be lifted up to latch securely otherwise it wouldn't lock, tv didn't work until sorted out by the receptionist

Pool where shut down ac in rooms sucks not verry cold

First, I called ahead to make sure the pool was open. They confirmed it was, it was not. The tv in the room wouldn’t turn off. There was a break on the shower wall with mold. When we went to breakfast there was news on the tv, including a story about a couple found dead in their apartment that I didn’t feel my young children should watch. When I asked for it to be turned to another channel, my concerns were dismissed. Overall, not a great stay. Disappointed that hotel.com has it rated so high when it’s not a place I’d stay at ever again.

Checked into room, bed was not cleaned yet and refrigerator was very loud. Front desk person gave us new room which was better. Can tell this hotel needs some updating and remodeling

We booked on Hotel.com and it said it had a swimming pool but upon arrival the pool has been out of service for awhile.
