I just want to take a moment to recognize Michelle at the front desk. From the moment I arrived, she greeted me with such warmth and genuine kindness that instantly made me feel at home. Michelle goes above and beyond to make sure every guest feels welcomed and cared for — she truly embodies what great customer service should be. Her positive attitude, professionalism, and sincere concern for guest satisfaction are unmatched. I’ve stayed at many hotels, but I’ve never met anyone as thoughtful and dedicated as Michelle. She’s truly a bright light and a big reason my stay here has been so enjoyable.

I’ve been staying at this hotel for about three months, and it has been an absolutely wonderful experience. The staff has been extremely accommodating, pleasant, and very friendly. Michelle, in particular, has gone above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable—her help has truly made a difference. The housekeeping team keeps everything spotless, and the maintenance staff ensures everything is in perfect working order. Their professionalism and friendliness have made my extended stay feel like home. Truly, this is a 5 out of 5 hotel in every way. Highly recommended!

"A wonderful experience thanks to Michelle Ung @ Residents Inn"

Our A/C unit went out and our house was so hot 89 degrees my mother is 85 years young and was really suffering. I called the Residence Inn to see about getting a room for us, Michelle Ung was working the front desk and she was so helpful and so sweet. We did not get the room that night because we tried using a small window unit well that didn’t work so the following day i called and spoke with Michelle again and I can not put into words how wonderful she treated us she was patient helpful and made what was a very difficult time seem much easier !! I would 100% recommend the Residence Inn especially if Michelle is on duty 😊 She is amazing And the rooms are very nice as well 😊
