Good enough for the money.

Very sketchy. Sent us to a room that had not yet been cleaned. Awful smell. Unsafe environment.

beds harder than rock woke up at 1am ribs were so sore hurt to breath from hard bed steps outside building railing falling off not safe upper balcony wood solt feel whole balcony move when walking on it

People yelling and partying all night.

Don't let the one star rating and appearance fool you. On a Saturday for 47 bucks it was quiet, and peaceful. Grew up in Cadillac and compared to other hotels in the area this is just as good. Bathroom and shower were nice, the owner was nice. All around not a bad stay.

Just checking for my refund. We had to leave this hotel due to its inappropriate and unsafe environment.

The office staff was nice. The hotel itself was ok. The rooms were small but drafty and don’t hold heat very well in the winter. The beds were ok. But the room needs some major updating and also more insulation in the walls to retain heat. But for the price and what I needed it met expectations.
