Great location, close to everything we needed. The villa had authentic Balinese charm and was clean, comfortable, and peaceful. The outdoor gardens were beautiful and well kept. Staff were extremely kind, helpful, and accomodating. They truly made our stay wonderful. Really great value for money. Thank you for a great stay ~ Putu Bali Villa & Spa,

The pool was the highlight of the property but there were broken tiles around the edge and exposed electrics where children could easily get to.

The wardrobe/shelves are outside with the extreme humidity and mosquitoes who rest on fabric. The floors in the room were filthy, it is the custom here to leave your shoes outside but then when we were dusting our feet off to get into the bed, they were black again, only hours after a shower. The mosquito netting around the bed was torn and had holes. The wooden bench to sit on in the room was dangerously broken on one end. The room looked out onto a wall so when jetlagged you didn’t know when morning had arrived because you couldn’t see daylight easily.

the room and bathroom was filthy. pillows smelt bad and the place needs an upgrade and some attention to detail.
