"June 2026 stay at the NH Bogota Pavillon Royal"

Very helpful and friendly staff. Great variety for breakfast. Central location in a nice, safe neighborhood with lots of great restaurants options. Great proximity to Parque 93. Can be a bit noisy at night with street traffic, but not terrible. Also, the aircon is quite weak. The windows do open to provide some cool air.

"It was my first time at this hotel and probably wouldn’t stay in the future, wasn’t pleasant at all."

Only the location.

The facilities at all, the elevator was old, the room had an old tv without smart functions, the room had few wrong placed decoration and wasn’t comfortable even though it was the family room it had only 2 chairs and one little table. Also they didn’t gift flops as it is usual in NH hotels. The hotel staff didn’t took the deliveries to the room at anytime, they just give a call to pick it up at the front desk, it wasn’t a comfortable stay at all.
