My bed was so uncomfortable. I lived on nuerophen each morning as it was so sore. Found a mattress topper in cupboard. Put that on the bed. It helped a bit

Main pool is large and the temperature of the water was perfect.

The room was old and tired and in need of some TLC Rips in the curtains letting in the sunlight early morning , the bathroom had old water stains that could have been washed off . Towels old and threadbare and the worst thing was that the duvet had old dried blood stains on it. The Infinity pool was out of use as it was having work done so couldn’t use that the whole stay, the gate around the main pool was out of action for 2 days so we had to walk around to the main entrance through the foyer. There was a popped ball on the side of the pool that was there the first day we arrived and still there 7 days later never saw an attendant around the pool just to keep everything looking neat and tidy . Pool towels very old and need replacing and there was a shortage so when I asked for a clean one was told there is non and because it’s a public holiday could I just dry and reuse the one I had ( had same towel for days ) .

Great pool. Great staff. I came with a broken ankle and they were so accommodating

Did like how quiet and peaceful and also secure it is.

The layout for entering and exiting the resort must be clearly marked and defined. It is quiet confusing when entering and exiting the resort.

Great location, close to the beach

Bath towels were thin and had holes in (needed replacing) When we went to reception to get pool towels we’re told they had none… It was easter weekend they should of been better prepared and they should have pool towels in the accomodation. Shower window glass was covered in scale and needed a really good clean.
