All the staff was nice and the breakfast was yummy. The rooms were clean and very spacious.

The front desk lady that booked our shuttle from the port back to the hotel seemed confused and ultimately didnโ€™t do something correctly because we had trouble with the shuttle people when we got off the cruise ship expecting to be picked up.
