Location is great. Self check-in and self checkout process was easy and convenient. The chair in the room was extremely comfy, that made a huge difference. There is air conditioning in the room which made it easy to control de room temperature regardless of the weather. Bed was huge and super comfortable. Pillows were comfortable. Towels were clean and good quality. All communication was online (in Booking or WhatsApp) and that part was great. Great support and communication. They share a lot of information and instructions, I had a couple of questions and got replies almost immediately. Wi-Fi worked great. The provide adapters. Not a good or bad thing but good to know - I didn't get the room I booked, I asume they are all similar and mine was great! I was in room 11, I recommend the bathroom downstairs as there is only 1 room there (that I saw at least) so the bathroom was considerably in better condition (still not the best but better).

The air-conditioning has a timer (maximum 6 hours), it turns off automatically, I woke up in the middle of the night to turn it back on (during the summer it has to be extremely annoying). The bathroom and kitchen were not up to my standards when it comes to cleanliness, I understand they are shared spaces with other guests but it felt as if they had not been deep cleaned in a while (I avoided using both as much as possible, which is not idea). I did not figure out a way to open the door to the balcony outside. It was really hard to sleep between the air-conditioning turning off, the light coming from the windows (there were curtains but they didn't block the light), and the noise from the other rooms. To be fair based on the reviews I read for many places the noise is an issue, walls seem to be thin in the city. The first morning at 7:30am there was a ridiculous amount of noise, it could have been another guest but it felt like someone was cleaning, that is an inconsiderate time if it was cleaning.
