Good Hope Hotel Kelana Jaya

Just an average 2 star hotel with bare minimum facilities. Minimum cleanliness: stained bedsheets, smelly towels, wooden chair with some bugs etc. Dont expect to watch any TV channels in english, they are mainly malay and chinese. During my stay almost three days elevator was't working which helped me in my workout! 7Elevan store across the road was helpful. No restaurant, laundry, etc. Dont fall for nice pics of the rooms..

Good location facing by paradigm mall and surrounded by many restaurants around . 7/11 is Infront of the entrance of the hotel.. when I want to talk about the , Staff I'll start by Lonia the supervisor which is very helpful and flexable and easy to communicate and deal with . And the Reception Staff , Ezlynn and Kamarul they were so helpful all the time , and when I wanna talk about the room were so tight and clean Super clean honestly and I would like to mention Angella for keeping our room tidy every day for 3weeks. I do appreciate you guys for your hard work thanks 🙏🏻
