Sehr schöne Lage, sehr nah am Zentrum. Man kommt mit dem Bus super in die Innenstadt.

Das Gebäude liegt in einer kostenpflichtigen Parkzone. Man muss jeden Tag darauf achten das wirklich ein Parkticket gebucht wird. Ansonsten drohen Strafen mit sehr hohen Preisen!

Casa ampla, bem equipada, limpa, confortável, decoração bonita, boa localização. Maravilhoso custo benefício, vale muito a pena. Anfitrião solícito e educado, responde rapidamente por whatsapp.

A casa só tem 1 banheiro com chuveiro. Ainda que seja um padrão na Europa, para uma casa com 4 quartos (e nós nos hospedamos em 4 pessoas) 1 único banheiro acaba sendo um fator que resulta em menos conforto. Vale reforçar que mesmo assim a casa vale MUITO a pena.

"Una bona estada i un anfitrió molt agradable"

M'ha agradat el confort de l'allotjament, que hi hagi cafè i tè gratuit i bicicletes a disposició.

Queda una mica lluny del centre.

- relatively good value considering it's Groningen - well equipped kitchen - clean - comfortable beds and spacious rooms

- pretty cold and a locked thermometer - it was 6 beds but we were only allowed to be 5 guests, even after offering to compensate the difference

"Für ein Wochenendtrip bzw. Wochentrip mit Familie sehr ausreichend."

Gute Raumaufteilung, zwei Toiletten, sehr gute Grundausstattung. Kurze Wege zu den öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel. Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür.

Ein Fön wäre noch super gewesen und Duschhandtücher.
