The property nice and well kept. Good proximity to funicular and city center.

WiFi - big problem with internet, WiFI did not work at all form the first day of our stay. 2 TV in the apartment, neither could be used due to no internet connection. We contacted the staff multiple times but were ignored. It is a big problem if you have some work commitments and need internet for that (our case). Staff - not helpful. When we were asking to assist with internet, messages were left not answered and ignored. The only support we got at the end of our stay, were given password to another WiFi network (which did not work as well) and asked for a good review (which was really hypocritical). For 300 euro per night, the service from staff or at least a reply to the message and basic things like internet are expected. It is not extraordinary but unfortunately we did not have it. Breakfast - it was not clear from the description on the website that every day the pre-packed breakfast will be served, and no choice of food. Unfortunately, majority of things served we could not eat or did not like. The host needs to provide more clarity on what breakfast will be - otherwise it is waste of money and waste of food. Apartment - no storage space, no shelfs or wardrobe to place your clothes or luggage’s. As a result, bags take half of the space in the room and you need to put clothes all over the place.
