Ambiente und Lage. Direkte Reaktion und Erkennen einer doppelten Bezahlung des Zimmers. Wäre mir so nicht direkt aufgefallen. Vielen Dank

Terminal Check in. Funktioniert erst nicht, dann nach drittem Versuch nur nach erneuter Bezahlung....das war dann doppelt s.o. aber Hotel hat sich danach sofort gemeldet um Rückerstattung zu organisieren.
