Nothing special

It was very accessible from Aluva metro. Staff were very helpful. The breakfast starts by 7:15 and dinner is until 10pm. The amenities in the room were of good quality. It was a relaxing stay.

Only thing that needs a bit of improvement was the bathroom floors. They were a bit slimy and lathered with soap even before we had used it. The shower gel dispenser had a slightly bad aroma, but since they had also arranged for soaps, it was okayy.

The Breakfast was very good and the location was ideal for the purpose for which we booked the room.

The Air Conditioning system was not cooling enough. There was obstruction of airflow in the room in which I stayed (#109) because of partition glass between the bed & and the A/C indoor unit.

Nice boutique style property. Clean rooms, excellent restaurant that was well priced with good food. We got room service. Nice front desk staff, especially the late night guy. Quiet stay slept well.

It’s a bit older so electrical plug options were super limited. We had to charge our phones in the bathroom. Also air conditioning does not reach the bathroom so we were sweating inside there. Also a little far from the city center so we Uber’ed into the shopping area but would stay by the strip next time. Thanks for the stay!

Very disappointing. Unprofessional and not customer friendly front office. I wanted to cancel the room because I didn't like it. Too noisy. But they charged me and refused to pay me back. Restaurant was good with nice and helpful staff. This hotel is night and day compared to Flora airport hotel.
