The hotel staff, especially Mr. Jipth from the front desk and Mr. Rajendran from the security department, are incredibly courteous and provided outstanding assistance throughout our entire stay. The room service crew is outstanding in every way, and the food they served us was fantastic. Excellent hotel.

The housekeeping area is the sole area that requires attention from the hotel staff. The restrooms appeared to be unclean, and the floor of the room was just dusted.

The Flora Charishma Hotel offers excellent value for money, with tidy and well-arranged rooms. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The rooms are large, clean, and nicely decorated. The dining choices are diverse and tasty, with a wide range of cuisines available. In summary, my stay at the Flora Charishma Hotel was enjoyable.

Better variety

Well it was an important occasion in my family. My wife's birthday. Was excited to surprise my wife n so was my wife as she loves surprises. But choosing a destination was strenuous. Then came this beautiful state of our country - "KERELA" on my mind. It is indeed God's Own Country. I m sure I didn't make any mistake finalising this state with serene beauty. We were supposed to land in Kochi at 11pm. I wanted to surprise my wife with a cake on arrival at the hotel Flora Charisma Residency. But arranging a cake in an unknown City was bothersome. Like from where n how? Here comes the role of the key person at Flora Charisma Residency. Ms. Abia - The front desk manager. She was so humble n helpful. She made sure that I get the best cake in the town on time. Yes she arranged it. My heart felt thanks to her because I could surprise my wife with a cake on arrival at night. We were supposed to leave the next day to Kumarakom Gokulam Grand resorts. Arranging good logistics was again bothering us. Thanks to Ms. Abia for arranging good n safe logistics for us. It's not over yet, she also made sure that we have a luxurious n comfortable stay at Gokulam Grand resorts, n called up the manager over there. We thank you ma'am for ur kind gesture n for everything. You were courteous n obilising.
