El personal, la habitacion estaba moderna aunque tv anticuada sin smart tv.

Para ser un 4 estrellas no estan bien los pasillos bastante deteriorados,.la piscina pequeña y anticuada.

El trato de personal fue maravilloso. Fueron muy atentos y simpáticos con nosotros, sobre todo en el restaurante. Sin duda lo mejor. Y la comida, muy rica.

Justo cuando llegamos nos comunican que el hotel cerraba el lunes por reformas y se notó. En la habítación había varios desperfectos, como el secador, al que le faltaba la parte trasera y estaba sucio. Por otro lado, los interruptores estaban partidos, el mando de la tele no funcionaba y faltaba, porque aún estaba el protector de la pared, un sitio donde dejar la maleta. Al llegar, el bar piscina estaba vacío de comida. La comida estaba muy buena en el restaurante pero había zonas vacías que nos comentaron que podía deberse a que el lunes cerraba. Por otro lado, había cosas raras como que el café en el bar piscina se pagaba pero arriba, cerca de la recepción, no. Preguntamos si podíamos quedarnos algo más en la piscina el día de la salida y nos dijeron que si pero pagando 15€ por persona y solo para ir a la piscina. Entendemos que cada hotel tiene sus normas pero en el Barceló nos dejaron quedarnos algo más sin coste y en una piscina que estaba en perfectas condiciones. Aquí la piscina estaba rota (faltaban azulejos), había un jacuzzi que no funcionaba y otro que estaba sin agua.

La limpieza en las habitaciones deja mucho q desear , había polvo x todos lados y las toallas en la estancia q estuvimos no las cambiaron jamás , en realidad me esperaba algo directo para lo q se pagó x el hospedaje
