We booked a two-night stay on the drive to Cape Cod so only the smallest room was available. It was large enough for the two of us. The breakfast is exceptional. They alternate one day sweet one day savory. They bake fresh zucchini bread and muffins and made the best French toast and quiche. The area is quiet but convenient to mid-Cape and Provincetown. The staff is the friendliest I've encountered in hundreds of hotel stays. It was a wonderful stay.

This is an exceptional inn, the pictures on the internet do not display the true beauty of the buildings, cottages, and the property. The breakfast was amazing, not only was the presentation of the plate was artfully impressive but the flavor was fresh, delicious and deserves an applause. The location is just where you want to be if you are looking to explore the Cape's many beaches.
