Lovely building. Room size was applicable. Bathroom was clean.

No air-conditioning in room. It had been faulty since Wednesday and no one informed us. Television was temperamental. Very annoying when you're trying to watch something. Bed too soft and pillows virtually non existence. Too too soft. Hot breakfast items were cold or Luke warm. It was not made apparent about what could be cooked for you,eg. Eggs, omlettes

Allowed early check in and late check out. Clean. Beds comfortable.

No aircon when it was very hot. Sink plug did not release which was awful sharing a room with 3 people using same bathroom. Plus shower screen did not fit flush so lots of water ran into the floor.

The hotel is very good, the staff welcomong and helpful.

We were overcharged by 100 pounds for a two night stay which I only discovered when I returned home and checked my bank account. I can onlt imagine this was a 100 pound fine for car parking which I had already paid before arrival and which was on my bank statement. We left on Sunday at 4.00 pm and were told we could stay on the day of departuure till 12.00 pm at night. I don't expect to stay in such an expensive hotel as the Marriot and be subject to such a mistake. We have stayede there several times and it has always been excellent.

Characterful hotel in a good location.

Air conditioning in the room had a weak output. Breakfast in Miller and Carter franchised restaurant on site was average and not value for money (£18).

Spacious comfortable room. Close to Bristol Beacon where I was attending a concert. Nice ambience.

The sink in the bathroom was completely blocked. This raises questions about cleaning as the person cleaning the room should have noticed this and reported it. Breakfast is overpriced.
