Very good location, close to the old center and the central station. The apartment is very well kept and we had all the amenities we needed.

We would have appreciated having our towels changed at least once during our one week stay.

Everything was good. Location was perfect. The stay was pleasant. Check in was easy. WiFi worked good. Host was nice. The experience in general was good. Neighbours were not annoying and with our friends we liked the furniture.

Mosquitos were annoying . Noise was bad too. I did not appreciate the absence of antimosquito devices. The breakfast could be better prepared, at least coffee. There was not enough toilet paper and no tea.

Location was great. Easy walk down hill from the train station to the apartment. Host was very welcoming and helpful. They sent through a list of activities and restaurants. The apartment was very comfortable, plenty of bedrooms, lovely balcony - very comfortable for our party of 6

The location was good, and the apartment was spacious. Showers were hot

the kitchen facilities were poor (only a stove espresso machine with the stive attachment missing, no kettle, no toaster, not enough crockery for 5, let alone the 8 advertised for) the walls were dirty. The water stopped working on the last day, and we have no contact from them for over 12 hours.

The size of the property was fantastic for large groups as it didn’t feel like we were on top of each other and the location is great as it’s a short walk from the cathedral, piazza and marina

The apartment is so beautiful and the location is perfect! Our keyholder Amit was very polite!

Our family of 7 were accommodated well given the number of beds/bedrooms. My 9 year old loved the loft and we were all spread out where I felt as though we had our personal space. 3 bathrooms a plus!

The streets are smelly and dirty and to me it looked like the slums…plus 35 stairs to get to the apartment and no elevator. I didn’t learn about another area of Palermo until we had dinner there during our last night (central Piazza Ruggero Settimo) which is MUCH nicer. Newer buildings, wide streets, lots of high end stores, clean…reminds me of NYC. I only took a video of the interior and the 1 photo I uploaded. It pretty much looks the same as the photos shown.
