Loved the mornings waking up and enjoying the sea ... A short snorkel 🤿 as my first time. Very lovely location and young Russell is a great host and very accommodating to your needs. Owner is very responsive and friendly.

Not that I didn't like it .. but you need to be prepared that you are going to an island and you will need to bring all supplies. The owner does offer wifi dongle for a small fee to try help out ... But I was not on holiday and I found it difficult to work.. For a holiday.... And you are totally unwinding and prepared to cook your own lunch and dinner. I would say it's perfect for that. All round a really lovely place to stay.

A stunning location 20m from a sandy beach leding onto coral and an amazing reef with some of the best snorkelling i've had in Vanuatu. The name is appropriate with a gentle breeze which was a relief from the heat and humidity, and meant there were no mosquitoes. Lovely elevated deck to look out over the sea and islands and relax. Excellent stable kayak for use. Apartment was comfortable, good bed, and kitchen equipment. Definitely need reef shoes to get beyond sandy beach, and be self sufficient for meals. Enjoyed breakfast (crepes, french toast and muffins on each day). Well maintained garden setting.

Maintaining a property on the beach must be a nightmare with corrosion, wear and tear, and understanding this made the very minor issues understandable and none detracted from our enjoyment

Wonderful marine life, access to ocean. Nice local Guider Russel with family.

Hi Booking.com Support, I’d like to report misleading information on this accommodation listing. The “airport transfer” was not included as implied — we had to pay for airport → port and port → island, and the final transfer to the property was unsafe (3 chairs tied to a trailer). The property also had no Wi-Fi (and no option to pay for it), and bicycles were listed but not available, meaning we had to walk about 50 minutes each way to reach the nearest resort for meals or take a boat to the main harbour. We left early and booked elsewhere due to these issues. Please investigate and correct the listing.

Vi hadde et nydelig opphold og har fått minner for livet her ute. Beliggenheten er helt unik. Fantastiske omgivelser og alt oppleves som veldig "urørt". En skikkelig perle av en plass. De ansatte var hjelpsomme og løsningsorienterte når du lurte på noe. Frokosten var veldig god. Vi ble etter avtale transportert med firhjuling hver kveld til Aore Resort for å spise middag.

Tilgangen på forfriskninger burde vært bedre. Om kjøleskapet var fullt av kald drikke hadde vi nok kjøpt alt! Frokostområdet burde også vært utnyttet bedre og de burde solgt drikke og snacks der. Fersk frukt er det fullt av på Vanuatu, så det burde også kunne kjøpes en plass i nærheten. Videre burde de ansatte vært mer "på jobb" og fikset på ting, feks sjekket om vi behøvde noe, ryddet på stranden og i hagen og sjekket at leilighetene er i god stand. Virket som de ikke gjorde noe som helst foruten å lage frokost og kjøre oss på kvelden. Vi så flere tendenser til lite vedlikehold, blant annet rusten kjøkkenbenk og kjøleskap, hull i myggnettinger, halvtett sluk osv, så det er nok å gjøre for de ansatte på stedet.

Such a cool spot, great beach for beachcoming

Russell and Jessica are absolutely amazing. They were so kind and accommodating. Breakfasts were soo tasty and they couldn't do more to help you out. The villa's deck and hammock is the best place to hangout and the view is insanely good! The beach and snorkelling off the beach is spectacular. Getting around is easy with Russell providing transport. The scenery is so lush and green and Russell and Jessica maintain the property beautifully. The owner (Isvan) provided great communication in the lead up to our visit so we knew what to expect getting there and organised transport from the airport to the accommodation. We feel it was great value for money, especially since we were the only ones there but even if the place was full there is only 4 villas so it would still feel very private. We would love to come back when the budget allows.

We loved everything! Obviously, there are bugs so being tactical about not using the porch light is a good idea. The whole villa is fly-screened but I would still suggest taking repellent and hydrocortisone cream for the sneaky bugs. The ceiling fans do a great job inside though! The bed could be a bit larger and more comfortable but we still slept great!

A great place to stay ! We had such a blast staying at Aore breeze. The caretaker Russell, boat drivers John and Rosian and the truck driver Tony really made our stay on the island to be so much fun and full of laughter!

Not much kitchen facilities. We travelled with 2 infants so it was hard not to have utilities like a kettle for hot water.

The room and are arrangement of accommodation is a little better than I expected from the photos. Nice private villas with the beach all to yourself. Staff were friendly and helpful.

It’s called Aore Breeze for a reason! It’s the windiest point on an otherwise very calm island, which made it feel a lot colder than other parts. The sea was rough and hindered good/safe snorkelling.. but that might have just been the time of year. (September) Breakfast was very basic! This was disappointing since there is nowhere else to eat nearby. Come equipped for an isolated experience! Bathroom needs some better cleaning.

I had great difficulty paying for my accomodation through this website as you wouldn’t accept my visa debit card and I was extremely grateful for the owner of the property to allow me to at him on my return. I will make sure to never book a holiday through you and warn all my friends on a pension to avoid you as well. Banks don’t give people on the aged pension master cards!

Doesn’t matter because I will absolutely avoid booking anything with you ever again and will warn all my pensioner friends to avoid you as well!
