Good location and the pool was great to have.

The staff weren’t always at reception but the WhatsApp group chat was helpful for any questions

The place was very tidy and the pool area is an hidden gym. And the cafe was super nice plus the 20% hotel discount.

The location is quite far out of town and is a treck from Praia Da Rocha. The staff were nice but could have been more helpful.

Nos gusto mucho la ubicación, la cafeteria de abajo y la tranquilidad en general. El personal amable y a pesar de que hay gente joven todos agradables en el alojamiento. Usamos la cocina compartida y muy bien

Minha estadia foi perfeita, não tenho do que reclamar, mas talvez seja afetado pela sorte que tive de pegar um quarto de 6 camas e ficar sozinho nele, então foi outra experiência Relevando isso, acho que dá pra dizer que nem se parece um hostel de tão novo e organizado que é, até piscina em bom estado o local tem O atendimento também muito bom, se não me engano a Vivian, sempre solicita e educada Instalações: Nota 10 - Tudo muito novo, conservado e organizado, tudo sempre muito limpo Localização: Nota 7 - Tudo dependerá do que você quer, eu queria um lugar próximo a rodoviária, então fica a 10 minutos andando - Para quem quer ficar perto do centro histórico e restaurantes, também é ótimo, mas se seu intuito é as praias de Portimão, desconsidere, fazer isso a pé é uma distância muito grande, viável apenas de carro ou ônibus

The cafe and team there were the best and the outdoor area was very tranquil

Room was very basic/functional which I understand for a hostel room but not a private room. When I arrived (late at night) the access code to my room didn’t work and they didn’t immediately respond to messages or answer the phone. This was v stressful as I wasn’t sure where I would spend the night (it was already 10.30pm). After a panicked 15 minutes they messaged to say the issue had been fixed remotely. They comped me with €15 at the cafe but fair to say that experience will make me very wary of electronic access codes in future. Tbh I wouldn’t recommend Portimão to stay in. There are nicer areas nearby such as Lagos or Alvor.
