Location wise not difficult to find.

1. Toilet piping totally spoilt. When you turn on the tap be it even to just wash your hands or face, the ground floor toilet drainage will leak water out as shown in pictures. After bath finish and using the bath tub, the ground floor toilet is flooded and smelly. Staff said they knew this issue that the piping is spoilt. After 4 of us showered and using the bath tub from the 2 guest rooms upstairs, the dirty water all leak out from the ground floor room drainage and even floor the room, luggage and newly bought clothing that was place outside the toilet was totally wet and absorb with all the dirty water. Staff said they knew of this problem and merely just told us we can take turns to bath and wait awhile before the next one bath to avoid major flooding which is totally irresponsible and unacceptable as we paid and came on a holiday, however they lease a spoilt apartment with major piping issues. We told the staff to get it repaired however the staff said it would take 3 days or more, we ask for a refund as my mum couldn't climb upstairs to shower and the only usable toilet to shower is upstairs but they said it's non refundable even this major serious issue is happening. Attitude is very bad and staff said the owner is busy and do not with to entertain the issue. No manager or owner can be contacted, only the staff and cleaner are there. 2. Level 2 toilet floor, right outside the toilet there is a very dangerous big sharp crack on the wooden floor, they had used a towel to cover up the crack which was untold to us upon check in. After i showered and came out, I had step on the cloth(which is obviously the purpose to dry your feet), however my feet got seriously injured by the crack wooden floor and my feet instantly bleed.

Spacious room, private pool, kitchen, TV in all room.

Location wise a bit far from Chiang Mai city center.
