For a serviced apartment, we had certain expectations regarding the services provided, but many fell short. Housekeeping Services: During cleaning, no additional soap or shampoo was provided after the initial supply at check-in. Privacy Concerns: The staff entered the apartment without prior notice on multiple occasions—once to show the unit to a prospective tenant and another time to remove the microwave. This lack of communication was very disruptive. Gym Facilities: The gym lacked basic equipment, and one of the machines was broken throughout my stay and never repaired. Bathroom Odor: There was a persistent and unpleasant smell coming from the bathrooms. Kitchen Supplies: The apartment was poorly equipped upon arrival, with very few essentials like pans, pots, glasses, and cups. We had to repeatedly request additional items to make the kitchen functional.
