Room was clean and quiet. Friendly staff. Good breakfast. Kids enjoyed the pool

It was an amazing stay, everyone was extremely friendly. No complaints at all will definitely be staying there again.

North end of city close to highway 2 North. Night clerk was really helpful and pleasant. Easy access for my 2 dogs- close to public park where dogs are allowed.

The pillows are the reason for a lower comfort rating. Also, the pricing is quite high for a hotel room.

Young lady who checked us in was very friendly and helpful. We asked for two extra pillows and she delivered them within minutes. Room was clean, bed was comfortable and full drapes on the windows for privacy. Full breakfast, pool and hot tub provided. Very close to all amenities.

Shampoo and Conditioner bottles in shower were empty. Safety bar in shower was broken, Toilet chain kept dislodging from the lever arm and getting stuck under the flapper causing water to continually run into the tank, thus not allowing toilet to flush. We had to keep fixing it. Bathroom sink stopper did not hold the water. These things were reported to the front desk and they immediately put in a work order for repairs. We were given a discount on our bill for the inconvenience of these issues.

Suite with both a king and queen bed with a closing door in between for privacy was great. Also enjoyed the convenience of the sofa. Bed was comfy. Complimentary breakfast was much better than most. We had a loud, elephant stomp-walker guest above us who disturbed our rest but that’s not the hotel’s fault really (other than possible extra-soundproofing).

Our particular room had a strong, musty (vaguely urine?) smell, that made it an uncomfortable stay. Additionally, I wasn’t made aware in advance that the room was intended for someone in a wheelchair. It made the functionality of the bathroom a challenge, as the shower curtain was insufficient to stop shower water from going onto the bathroom floor (perhaps where the smell was coming from). The breakfast was also sub-par.
