This is not a representation on the owner at all but unfortunately due to the configuration of the place, some guests who have no respect for other guests tend to be noisy late at night (door banging, loud speaking)....

We loved our stay here - the rooms/facilities/location are great and Meir is really kind. Will definitely stay here again when visiting TLV!

I had a great stay at this guesthouse! The place is very clean, nicely designed, and has a welcoming atmosphere. The location is fantastic—right in the center of Tel Aviv, close to the light rail and public transport, making it super easy to get around. It’s also within walking distance of Neve Tzedek, Levinsky Market, the beach, and surrounded by great cafés, restaurants, and cool spots to explore. The shared spaces are great the kitchen is well-equipped, and the balcony is a lovely spot. My room was comfortable and had everything I needed. The host was very friendly and helpful. highly recommend this place and would happily stay here again

The only downside was that, since there are shared spaces and the rooms are close to each other, noise can sometimes be an issue. Unfortunately, I happened to have some noisy neighbors during my stay, but of course, this is not the host’s fault.
