Location

- no business center or quite area to take calls …we had 2 rooms, I asked to keep one only for extra 30 minutes late checkout (I wanted to pay them for this) to take a call but the reception people were not flexible - Breakfast was very limited and product not of a Hilton quality!!! - no concierge…neither flyers on local attraction…even people at the reception can not tell you the most common one…e.g. I asked where is the closest hop on hop off city tour and they were not helpful

The staff, the location

While the stay was comfortable, the hotel facilities felt somewhat dated and in need of refreshing. For a rate of around $550 per night, I would have expected more attentive housekeeping, including replenishing coffee pods and replacing used towels. The breakfast was average, and overall the value for money did not match the price paid.
