Muy buena ubicación, muy fácil el transporte, tienes metro bus todo cerca, el personal muy atento, el desayuno muy bueno

Habitación 158 hay un daño en la calefacción pero nos cambiaron la habitación y allí fue todo perfecto

Chambre impeccable rien à dire

Pour un 4 étoile prime les équipements doivent être renouvelés. Chauffage à revoir et à moderniser le lave-vaisselle à changer et l'isolation côté fenêtres à vérifier. Le prix est un peu excessif

"Stayed with family and kids but is not a 4 star hotel is out of date ,rooms are cold and out of date many furniture’s a"

Old furniture out of date not a 4 star place , cold rooms heating is not working properly vey cold rooms specially room at the last floor 6 freezing.

"Staff not helpful , the manager in the day was not supportive and she did not try tonhwlp"

Location is great

Whilst having breakfast the chair my husband wa a sitting on just collapsed under him and he fell and banged his head on the wall and hurt his back No one came to check or help us We informed the manager of the hotel and were given no support The chair lay broken for the whole of our stay against the wall We are both doctors and managed to look after ourselves but an elderly person my have broken a home Very poor support
