Residence Inn by Marriott San Bernardino

The property is a simple clean pet friendly hotel. The kitchen and bathroom were clean. Bed was comfortable and the staff was helpful and friendly.

Walks thin, could hear dog barking on one side and some annoying lady on the other side that couldn’t contain herself.

Food was great! Customer service was OK. Housekeeping was lacking. There was no extra towels in the room, blood on my walls in the bathroom, no plug for my tub. Let the front desk know that my bedroom was not clean and then I was missing items. They put a request, but no one came to deliver the items or clean. Lots of rust in the bathroom, the kitchen doors were all dented. They need to remodel their rooms and fix some things. I don’t know if I would stay there again. The only thing I really liked was the food. I did like that it was pet friendly even though you have to pay $150 for your fur baby.

Parking should be included, and not charged a $25 fee

During they charged parking $25, he didn’t ask I have a car and just charged parking fee.
