"We need better customer service in the front desk"

The lack of Customer skill, the first route we pulled in late evening. The room was dirty. Try to accuse me that it was us the dirty dead, then finally transferred me over to another room upstairs near my daughter.

Low level quality of people customer service was so poorly in the front office. The cleaning ladies were wonderful stuff. It was just a lo mein property. and the size of TV was so so tiny.
