Sehr schöne Zimmer und Gemeinschaftsküche. Gute Lage zum Meer(5min). Und Metro 20min zu Fuß.

Soggiorno fantastico la camera era spaziosa pulita e dotata di ogni comfort, pronta a soddisfare ogni nostra esigenza, posizione strategica consigliato a chiunque voglia trascorrere un buon soggiorno.

Mi è piaciuto tutto.

The room was clean had everything you needed nice patio with a private door going to it. The kitchen was very complete and clean. was able to park on the street although they do provide underground parking for a fee.

The check in process was a bit of a hassle, There's nobody on site to let you in so you have to check in online which meant I had to take pictures of my passport send them via WhatsApp, then watch a video that he provides more directions how to get to the second door and then to your room door. Then to pay the city tax they want you to download an app put your credit card on it which I refuse to do I was able to pay in cash somebody came to collect. This probably works fine for young people that are very used to this cashless way of life but I'm much happier having someone at a reception counter to be able to explain things and hand me over a key. The air conditioner didn't work not sure if they turn it off for certain times of the year but I had to open Windows cuz it was very warm and unfortunately several mosquitoes got in the room.

La zona è silenziosa, facilmente raggiungibile con i mezzi, che ti lasciano poco distante. Il mare è dietro l'angolo. Stanza spaziosa, arredata con un minimal moderno, ben ristrutturato. Letto comodo. L'host disponibile, con pazienza, (e con me ne serve tanta), a rispondere ad ogni domanda.

La zona è silenziosa, i vicini meno.

Very clean, great location, a lot of space in the room and outside - the common area very comfortable for work as well as free time in the kitchen or at the terrace. Very nice and friendly host!
