The river view was fantastic and I slept well listening to the sound of the water. Bed was very comfy and the room was clean. There did seem to be a maintenance issue in progress with the a/c in the hallway where the ceiling was torn away and a bucket was placed in the middle of the hallway. I never saw anyone working on it but I was there over a weekend. The gym had a note on the door saying it was closed and there wasn't an ice machine upstairs.

We had no amenities in the room ie: hand soap, coffee packets, etc The pool was very dirty. Hot tub was ok. Waited at the front to check in for about 10 minutes, there was no staff there. Expected more for how expensive it was. The beds were clean and comfortable.

We were greeted by a lovely desk clerk, checked us in quickly and efficiently..room was great, good view of river, clean and bed comfy.. Restaurant was good and drinks were made quickly..thank you for a lovely stay
