"cp值不高等能出國後應不會是渡假選擇"

住宿二晚花費18000不算便宜，房間被安排老遠出入得靠球車，說含晚餐但第一晚說buffet沒位置，給二個中式餐盒，第二晚有位置但只能5點15分吃晚餐，等接駁車遲到半小時還被服務人員白眼說遲到本來要取消位置，總之人員服務水準跟不上房價漲幅，cp值不高，等能出國後應不會是渡假選擇。

"不是理想中的理想大地"

從車停在大廳前的一開始，體驗就不好，叫大家把車暫停下車checkin. 完成後也沒人指示，自己跑去停車。整個園區只剩中島泳池可玩。晚餐、早餐，連續兩天都在園區內用餐。菜色完全沒有變化。自助餐的表現實在差強人意，有很大的改進空間。覺得可能跟人力不足有關係。例如，打電話給總機也是十多分鐘沒人接聽電話。直接跑去櫃檯問，也只表示可能他們在忙吧。花這樣的錢換得這樣品質，實在令人失望！

"Excellent place for family stay"

Our second time here after few years and it is still an enjoyable resort to stay at. Now with two kids we did appreciate even more the quality of the staff. The swimming pool and the kid's pool are definitely a big plus too. We can tell that the resort starts to age a bit but overall well maintained. The only issue was some bad smells in the bathroom from the drain.
