ONLINE CHECK-IN: • Online check-in is required. PAYMENT POLICY: • Immediate Payment: All reservations require immediate payment at the time of booking. • Deposit: A 50% deposit is required for bookings made 31 days or more before the arrival date. • Full Payment: For bookings made 30 days or less before arrival, 100% payment is required at the time of booking. • Balance Payment: The remaining balance is due 30 days before arrival. • Refundable Bond: A refundable security bond is payable by credit card 30 days before arrival and is refunded 7 business days after departure. • Payment Method: All payments must be made by credit card via our payment gateway ReslyPay. • Transaction Fee: All payments are subject to a nonrefundable 1.45% + $0.22 transaction fee. • Statement: Payments will appear as ACCOMMODATE BLUE MOUNT on your bank statement. CANCELLATION POLICY: • Standard Cancelations: Cancelations made 31 days or more before arrival are fully refundable minus the payment gateway fees. • Standard Cancelations: Cancelations made within 30 days before arrival are nonrefundable. • Date Transfers: Changes to booking dates are not permitted within 30 days of the arrival date. • COVID-19 Lockdown: If travel is prohibited due to a COVID-19 lockdown, bookings can be transferred up to one year in advance with one free date change. • Event Cancelations: Accommodated is not responsible for cancelations of events, functions, or activities. Such cancelations will be governed by our standard cancellation policy.
