The communication with host was easy and timely. We were greeted and the host showed us to our room, which is very nice. The location is perfect, apartment was clean and there were all the basics one might need.

The location, the host, the pricing, the facilities all were amazing. Definitely coming back

We booked a 9-night stay and specifically chose this apartment due to the 2 beds and sofa bed. We requested in advance on 2 occasions that the sofa bed be available as we have 2 children, one who is really tall and sharing a bed between them isn't feasible. The sofa bed when folded out is a simply a hard, solid wood frame. We had to BEG for a mattress / topper and linen to make this usable. We were told by the attendant at the apartment not to use the sofa bed as it is too hard. After raising a complaint to Bookingcom, only then was there any movement to resolve the issue. I spent the first hour in the apartment washing all the dirty crockery and food encrusted plates, and clean the dirty drawers. The pots and pans are all scratched teflon and can't be used. The crockery is sparce - 4 plates, no bowls for cereal. The washing machine floods and cannot be used. The Shower doesn't drain and floods the bathroom multiple times with blocked up drain water. The entire apartment is full of water damage, warped floor boards. The host also was very unclear regarding the payment. A few times whilst trying to resolve or raise the issues we were told to "JUST CANCEL" the property and go elsewhere (which I would have loved to have done but there was no alternative options). I don't think a clean apartment that meets the booking.com description is unreasonable.
