the location of the property is near the cable cars and activities in gudauri. close to supermarket, restaurants,ski rents .The balcony was huge enough that we are able to enjoy the snow even just outside our rooms. mr gorgi was very responsive as well.

Apartment is quite new and well equipped, missed items the host brought to us within few hours. The distance to gondola lift is around 200 or 3 min to walk. We were given keys from from a ski depot at another building, just 30m from gondola lift, so please ask host to ensure you'll get ski depot access upon arrival. In general I would recommend this apartment to stay for families and solo travellers.

Cleaning is definitely not the strongest side of the apartment, no single cleaning was performed during one week, need to admit that fresh towels were provided upon request. Hot water supply isn't stable especially at evening time when skiers come back from the slopes, assume this issue is common for entire New Gudauri district. Hot and cold water supply was suspended in the morning of our last day there, no info when it will be resumed was given, hope it was restored. Internet speed is very low, both WiFi and LTE, but it is not only in the apartment, but entire resort.

Very close to skii lifts. Super good ski rent at the building. Very warm. Responsive managements.

Bed is 160 wide. Not enough for good sleep of two people on it. So sometimes we slept bedroom and living room separate

It's in the prime location with easy access to the lift and restaurants. The price is reasonable compared to the other apartments and it's neat.

I had an excellent experience booking through Booking.com. At New Gudauri Goodhost apartments. They have available transfers from Tblisi to Gudauri that knew the roads and requirements driving in snow. I highly recommend it.

My girlfriend and I rented an apartment with a mountain view. The view of the mountains was breathtaking, and the apartment was perfect for a couple. All the equipment was in working order, making it very convenient to prepare breakfast before heading out to the mountains. The furniture in the apartment was in excellent condition, and the room was clean, tidy, and well-maintained. We were pleasantly surprised when we were greeted and escorted to our room upon arrival. The landlords were always available and ready to provide advice and suggestions on how to make the most of our time. Furthermore, the location of the apartment was ideal. It was only 100 meters away from the main ski lifts and the gathering point for all the holidaymakers. It was very convenient that our apartment was separate from the other buildings, so we weren't disturbed by noise and commotion at night, yet we were still very close to the main entertainment areas. Additionally, there was a small grocery store just 100 meters away from the apartment, and a SPAR store a little further. It was very convenient for us to do some shopping and have everything we needed close by. Overall, we were extremely satisfied with our stay in this apartment. It was the perfect place for a vacation, and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfortable and cozy accommodation with a stunning mountain view.
