The outside is very run down and dirty looking. When you first pull into the parking lot, you’re wondering if you should have booked elsewhere. Checked in, the staff was very friendly. Went to my room. The bed sheets appeared clean. Shower curtain needs a good washing. When I got the bathmat off the side of the tub, it already had dirt and grease on it. The towels and wash clothes were folded neatly and placed on the wall holder. When I got them down to use them, they also had dirt/grease on them. I thought it might just be stained and not have come off in the washer, but I took soap and rubbed it into the wash cloth, and the dirt came out. I will not book at this hotel again. I have stayed at hotels for this price before and they were not like this.

Hot. Stains on the sheets. Dirt on the carpet. Only place with vacancy. I can see why.

For a hotel at this price point, the cleanliness was very good.

The property owners were very friendly. The room was extremely clean I couldn’t find a thing out of place. The property was safe. The price was great for the area. Only thing I would change is a coffee maker added and a little softer bed. But to me cleanliness was the most important factor to me. Thank you I will be back

I booked 2 rooms online and when i checked in she had told me i only booked one room and after showing her my booking on my phone she still told me i had only 1 room booked. But she added the second room on no problem. She overcharged me too. After that they then told me That I had to pay an extra $10 PER pet a night. The website had not said that. I ended up being overcharged and had to pay an extra $40. We had asked for both rooms to be non smoking and one of the two rooms smelled terribly of cigarette smoke!! Not happy with my experience! Won’t be back!!

Good value for the price, with some issues. King room was clean except for granola wrapper behind end table. Rooms have cable channels, table, computer desk, micro, fridge, hair dryer, iron but no coffee maker. Front desk attendant was friendly but stingy with towels so we didn't bother to ask for an extra pillows we needed. Door was not very secure & they're still using keys, which someone can go have made & break in on the next guest. Air conditioner did not get very cold, even on the lowest temp & high setting, but was just ok. We had to use a fan.

Clean, dog-friendly, great location, very friendly managers- a perfect spot to sleep after a long day on the lake!
