CHECKI IN WAS 3 O:'CLOCK WE GOT THERE AT 5 AND THEY WERE JUST CLEANING THE ROOM BUT THEY GAVE US ANOTHER ROOM BUT WAS VERY DISOPPONTING.

My wife said it was the hardest bed she ever slept on and the pillows were horrible plus the sheet had been patched.

Customer service was absolutely terrible and virtually non existent. I booked a room 2 hours before arrival and after booking realized this place was an hour from my final destination. I tried to negotiate canceling the room or finding some kind of remedy and they wouldn't even listen to my situation. They had no empathy towards the customer (me), and didn't try to help out. Obviously I understand my mistake and existent policies, but having worked in customer service, it is expected to have empathy with the customer and even if there is no remedy to express some kind of care. They said that they were booked out and had to hold my room so they wouldn't cancel it. Upon arrival at nearly midnight, there were hardly any cars at the hotel meaning the place was definitely not booked out. Staff wasn't very welcoming upon arrival. Description of hotel also mentioned breakfast included, however the breakfast consisted of 2 types of cereal, milk, banana, and honey buns. It's true you get what you pay for, but this hotel is a very poor run business.

This was a short, quick trip, and the hotel was convenient to where we were headed, ASU of Mt. Home.

The hotel served all our needs and at a great price. The room was.Very comfortable and clean.

All was good except for breakfast. ....space

first i would like to start by saying i am a single male 42 that lives in a 1989 front kitchen model trailer house. with that said it don't take much to make me happy. i went to Mt. Home for a gun show so i just stayed one night. Hotel was ok for the price. i suggest buying a candle for the room cause it had the smell like the door has not opened since Clinton, and Monica used it back in the day. It was clean everything worked, except the heater didnt get to hot. however i am fat so that was fine.The lady working the desk came out in sleep pants at 6pm which i see often at any wal-mart so no big deal. the hotel is handy in town but a little tricky to find it is behind the big casey general store. another bonus for me cause i needed coke for a mix drink. i would stay there again with my yankee candle. safe travels peeps bigE out!
