Durften gar nicht einchecken. Rezeption nur bis 22.00 Uhr besetzt. Als wir am nächsten Tag einchecken wollten wurde uns mitgeteilt dass dies nicht möglich sei, Flugzeug könne ich auch nicht nach Start besteigen. Unflexibel, unfreundlich, arrogant.
