"Prima hotel op super locatie met toppersoneel"

Ligging uitstekend, ruime kamer, zeer hulpvaardige receptionist Andrei, die ons heel erg heeft geholpen tot een oplossing met parkeren te komen.

Inrichting gedateerd en wat sleets (veel vlekken in tapijt). Het hotel heeft gelimiteerde parkeerplaatsen, helaas voor ons niet beschikbaar. Veel parkings dichtbij maar allemaal vol. Premium parking lijkt mogelijk maar niet doen: nagenoeg alle plekken zijn gereserveerd voor bedrijven. Om er vervolgens uit te komen moet je alsnog €2,- betalen.

"Für fußläufige Erkundungen der Hauptsehenswürdigkeiten und der Fußgängerzone/Einkaufsstraße ideal"

Positiv: zentrale und dennoch sehr ruhige Lage in einer Sackgasse. Von der Metrostation Serdika Direktverbindung zum Flughafen (Einzelfahrschein 0,80 €). Ruhiges und sauberes Zimmer, bequeme Betten, gut funktionierende Klimaanlage, freundliches Personal, reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet. Minibar wird täglich aufgefüllt.

Zu wenig Ablageflächen am Waschbecken, Lichtschalter sind nicht gleichzeitig schaltbar oder gehen erst nach mehrmaligen Ein- und Ausschalten an, kein Safe im Zimmer, Fitnessraum in fensterlosen Untergeschoss, Restaurant nicht in Betrieb. Alternative aber direkt gegenüber: Gutes bayerisches Restaurant mit Biergarten!
