Bon emplacement pour découvrir Sofia. Le petit déjeuner est très correcte, et la literie est confortable.

Le mot "PALACE" n'a pas la même signification en fonction des pays ! Salle d'eau pas nettoyée, traces de dentifrice dans le lavabo, bomde sale, reste un flacon de shampoing du locataire précédent dans la douche !

Bon emplacement pour visiter Sofia. La literie est bonne et le petit déjeuner est très correcte.

Salle d'eau pas très propre, nous avons retrouvé le sac poubelle abandoné dans la chambre... un oubli !

Disponibilità dello staff, possibilità di usufruire del deposito bagagli e automatismo nella prenotazione del taxi. Posizione eccellente e non caotica.

L'ambiente andrebbe un po' rimodernato, soprattutto eliminando la moquette (notoriamente antigenica)

The staff is very friendly. The location is very good. Just 300 m. from bulv. Vitoša, the metro station is about 600 m. the location is silent and no noise. They change towels each day. The room is big. Also hotel provides with water.
